Terms of Service

Service License

Subject to the terms herein, Impossible Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable, worldwide right to access and use the Service. You may not sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the Service for competitive benchmarking purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Impossible Software.

Output Ownership

Video content produced through the Service constitutes works made for hire and belongs to the user. Impossible Software assigns all copyright interest in such output to the user. You retain full ownership of all video content rendered through our platform.

Customer Content

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Impossible Software a worldwide, royalty-free right to process, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of delivering the Service. This license is limited to what is necessary for service delivery and does not extend to any other use.

Payment & Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly on an automatic basis. Subscription terms are non-cancelable and fees are non-refundable. Fees are based on utilization or video bits rendered. A valid credit card is required for all paid accounts. Impossible Software will provide at least 45 days notice prior to any fee increases.

Limitation of Liability

Impossible Software's total liability is capped at the amounts paid by the user in the preceding 12 months. In no event shall Impossible Software be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Impossible Software makes no warranties regarding the reliability, security, accuracy, or error correction of the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Term & Termination

The initial term is one month, with monthly renewals thereafter. Either party may cancel with 10 days written notice prior to the end of the current term. Impossible Software may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the user.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts.
